Very compact but highly efficient AC
I have tried a couple of more portable ACs bought in major retail stores, but this one, by GINOST, is far the best!First of all, it was easy to unpack and setup – it is basically a plug and play solution that comes with all hardware and will fit any window size. I didn’t have any struggles but the guidance on how to do everything is also included. Overall, it took me about 10 mins to get everything running.Then by look, it is a very compact one if compared to most available on the marker; however, much more efficient that I have seen. My living room is 550 sq ft and while this AC and it took about 10 min to get the temp down from 75 to low 60s. There is nothing like this I have ever seen before by other brands. Moreover, my central AC don’t look that much of efficient now in comparison with this product.Another bonus is that it is not just an AC but also a dehumidifier and it is indeed working amazingly.Last but not least is it can be quite, I move it to my bedroom from time to time and all you can hear in sleep mode is a whisper. Summer time is coming and from the guy who has lived with ACs all his life – I highly recommend purchasing this one if you like it quick, easy and efficient. This is my best purchase this year so far and for the price paid, you CANNOT beat the value here!!

Small compact and powerful portable ac
This actually works! I have a central AC but upstairs always gets so hot. So I decided to get a portable ac after much thought. Why I didn’t buy this sooner I don’t know! I have only just been using this for like 2 weeks so I want to see how much will my electric bill would be.It’s portable. Just the right size for my bedroom. Noise it can be loud at times but I don’t mind it. It’s tolerable. It cools my room fast. It’s inexpensive compared to others that I looked at.It was easy to set-up. My only problem was the window vent that came with it was so flimsy and didn’t fit well. So I bought another set at Amazon and now it worked! I also bought some insulation to wrap around the hose that I saw one reviewer suggested. Functionality good! Power is good! Haven’t tried the dehumidifier setting yet.Overall a good buy!!

Great AC, cools so quickly and quietly!
Amazing! It wasn’t as heavy as I thought it would be – I could manage it alone, but it is recommended that you have 2 people to carry it. It was packaged very well and easy to un-box. Set up was very simple and the instructions easy to follow. The best part though was how quickly it cooled our large room as soon as we turned it on! It quietly poured cold air over the entire room (a large size master bedroom). The remote functions beautifully from the opposite end of the room. The timer is a great feature because the room did get quite cold so it was nice to set it and have it turn off after a short amount of time. It’s also easy to move because it’s on casters which is convenient. At this price I might have to get one or two more for our other bedrooms! Highly recommend!!

Exceeds expectations – by far
I bought this to add some cool to a bedroom that my central air doesn’t properly cool. And let me tell you, this unit makes light of that. I haven’t had the unit long, but I bet I could keep the bedroom door open and cool the entire top floor of my house with this beast. Setup was incredibly easy. The features are wonderful. My favorite is the up and down oscillation of the fan. It gets the room cold very quickly and the noise is just fine, even soothing. I may buy one of these for a family member because I’m seriously impressed. It seems to be made well and it’s more substantial than it looks in the pictures. Incredible.

Strong portable AC
This portable AC gets very cold very quickly. It’s so easy to move around to any room of the house with the wheels. It comes with everything you need and the exhaust hose with the window mount and drain hose as well. It doesn’t use up too much power but it’s strong and blows out very cold air. I like setting it to auto and it turns on and off when it hits the temperature you set. It’s easy to control with the included remote. It’s really a great value for the price. It even has a built-in dehumidifier.

Quickly cools even the garage
This portable A/C kept the 2 car garage cool while we worked in the garage all weekend. Temperatures in my area of Los Angeles topped 100 degrees The garage remained cool even with the big door open. I was amazed. It cools quickly and quietly. The garage was s now set up for the kids band to practice there. With the doors closed to block the sound, the kids can jam all summer long without driving the neighbors crazy. This is a great buy

Portable Air Conditioner that works in a multitude of scenarios!
Came in a nice sturdy box – after hooking up, I had cold air cooling off the living room.I look forward to using this in Colorado’s extremely hot summers. Extremely portable, only 50lbs and can move room to room. The nice thing is you could hook this in a room with a window and allow it to blow down the hallway to cool off other rooms with their doors open.I’ll use the dehumidifier in Colorado’s extremely dry winters and anytime I get sick. This machine is a true portable air conditioner.
