Completely Frustrating – Couldn’t Even Connect to WiFi!
I was really excited to get this Gaming PC Desktop Computer (AMD Ryzen 5 5500, RX 590, etc.) out of the box and start using it—but that excitement turned into total frustration almost immediately. Despite being advertised as having WiFi 5.0, the computer would NOT connect to the internet. I spent hours trying everything—troubleshooting settings, updating drivers, even checking my router—but nothing worked.For a prebuilt system that claims to come with WiFi capabilities, this was beyond disappointing. I shouldn’t have to be a tech expert just to connect to the internet. I bought this to use it, not spend my entire afternoon banging my head against the wall.This experience was such a headache that I’m returning the product. A gaming PC that can’t even get online out of the box? No thanks.

Would recommend over other Amazon PCs
Worth the price. Had for about a week and runs very smooth with no lags and can play any game at great FPS (wired internet). The ideal beginner gaming PC as long as it lasts. Only complaints would be no BT, no RGB controller and had to do a hard reset after turning on the first time because it was stuck on the defaultuser0 login account. Other than that it’s lightweight, compact size, and plug in and play.
