Excellent customer service
I ordered a Dell Windows 11 Desktop OptiPlex 5060 computer; I was impressed by the meticulous packing and speedy arrival! Once I got everything set up, however, to my disappointment, I could not get online. I contacted Lyndsey at TekRefurbs and was able to identify the problem. She FedEx’d a new WIFI USB, and it arrived the next morning. Once I inserted the USB, I was online, and the new computer was working perfectly! Lyndsey was very helpful and was able to solve my problem within minutes. The computer is like new and is running great! This is the third computer I have ordered from TekRefurbs, and I will continue doing business with them. Their products are great, and their customer service is excellent!

So far so good.
Easy to set up and works fine. Loaded Office and Adobe acrobat and we’re up and running with no issues. Fair price for a decent CPU. I was limping my laptop along and I should have picked up one of these a lot sooner.

will not even do a update without errors, updates that i cant control
I ran this for a few weeks and it done a update that took over 15 min and when it got done it said that it had a problem with the update and it will remove the update so after another 15 min i was able to get in my computer i have used this computer about 12 times or less and today it done another update with the same error taking another 25 min removing the update. I have put about 3 programs on it plus a lot of picks an that is all, so to me for no more than i have used it I say it is a piece of junk since it cant even do a update witch i cant even control, so for that i will not even give it 1 star. this program will not let me submit with out clicking 1 star that i do not think it should have

AAAARRGGHH!
This product came with defective display ports. Spoke with seller letting them know the errors I was receiving. I told him the system was not porting to the monitor. His solution is for me to use a different DPCABLE. I told him I’m getting a system error not a monitor error. He then sent me a DP-VGA. Aaagghh!, started getting texts at 10pm. After communications, a different person immediately told me it was the system not the monitor. Now I have to repack, DROP OFF at Amazon pickup, order a new computer and wait. If I wanted to leave my house for a computer I would have done so in the first place. I cannot rate the computer because I couldn’t use it but I cannot rate quality control, product knowledgeability and wasting my time!

The computer is excellent. I wouldn’t know it’s not new by the way it looks and runs. I couldn’t afford the specs if buying brand new. Of course, the true test of a refurbished PC is how long it lasts. I have no reason to expect any problems down the road (fingers crossed). Also, I had to contact Tecnocanada about a missing adapter. They responded immediately and resolved the issue (ends up I had it after all – it was in the keyboard box). Great service.

La publication disait bien (et c’est sur la photo) que la plus nouvelle sortie de Microsoft serait inclus dans le prix… Microsoft m’a demandé de payer quand j’ai branché mon ordi… et en plus c’est la vieille version… l’ordinateur comme tel fonctionne bien… mais je suis une petite vieille et les lumières dans le clavier et la souris… et bien… c’est un peu trop pour moi… je n’ai pas encore essayer le CD player si les clés USB… j’espère bien que tout fonctionnera bien…
