Great place to buy from, price, quality, service.
This is a great place to buy a refurbished PC and save money. I have bought 5 or 6 Dell pc’s here. Two I use as a DVR for TV. The oldest one I bought here is still running fine. It had Win7, that long ago. I still use for the 32bit programs I have. (Autocad) The service you get here is the best. They have always taken care of me if I had a problem or question. That matters. I can trust this company, so can you. I bought this Dell 3060 for the Win 11 Pro I can’t upgrade the ones I have. October is the end of updates for Win 10 or pay $60 a pc/yr. So this will be my online PC. It’s another great pc. Fast.Dell 7020, Dell 3060, Dell 785, 2-Dell9020, Dell 7040 I use them for video editing and music editing.They have not failed me. They run a full 100% on the processors at times when it’s video edits and the just keep running.

No optical drive
In spite of the model having the letters “Opti” in the name, there is no optical drive. The product description does not say it does, but when you look up the Dell model on the web, that’s what it says. Fortunately, the cables are still there and you can get one from Dell for $35. It is a solid computer and easy to access the inside to update components (in my case, an optical drive and a HDD}. Definitely a good value for the money.Update:I installed the optical drive and a HDD without using any tools!

Any internet search takes too long. Boot up was long too
This was slower than any other computer that I have owned in the past 10 years! I had an existing HP with half the capacity. It was also a refurbished from Amazon. It lasted about 3 years, but a power outage fried the solid state hard drive (very cheap). We have another refurbished computer that is still running after 4 years with no issues. We have super fast fiber cable with AT&T and every upload on the other computers comes up at lightning speed. This one is so slow & trying my patience. I looked at some of the software loaded and it looks like some have been on here since 2021 and were not scrubbed before this was repackaged and sold to me. I guess I have until March to return it and I bought a 2 years insurance plan. I am trying to get rid of some of the oldware to see if it helps with speed. For now this is no better than a 1 star. Also note that this does not come with a VGA port for a monitor (which my existing monitors all have). It does have an HDMI port. I bought a new Dell Monitor for 1/2 price with the HDMI setup and it does look very nice…..If only the speed was FASTER!!

Keyboard and mouse are not wireless.
The photo and the reviews indicated that it came with a wireless keyboard and mouse. The ones supplied were wired. Other than that the computer is working well, is clean and fast.

Works very well
So far this computer has been excellent, It boots up very quickly and all applications open up fast as well. It connected easily to my WIFI and the 4 USB ports on the front of the computer come in very handy for charging my phone and 2 tablets. Windows 11 is just as easy to use as other versions. Overall I feel comfortable in recommending this computer to others.

Bad surprise with a refurbished Dell Computer
I only buy Dell refurbished computer for me and my wife. Very good quality. No surprise. I had 8 of them.My actual computer is a win10 Dell OptiPlex 9020 that I bought as refurbished. Perfect for what I am doing (Excel , Word, stock market , Internet ..No game) its a fantastic tool running 3 monitors but I wanted win 11. I selected a refurbished Dell OptiPlex 7060.I got the computer on time well packed, no visual default. It works well for 2 or 3 days , after 3 days the ON/OFF button started to behave badly ,the power supply was shutting and it was taking 20 minutes to start the PC . (I got looked out many times) I tried all the troubleshooting from amazon and different web on internet and I got no improvement. I decided to return it. The return was fast and I got a refund today.Dell Quality is not the problem>Refurbished PC was must be retested seriously.

I purchased this item hoping to use it ASAP and have had nothing but trouble, not only does it not work properly but the keyboard arrived a day later in a seperate box and now I’m having issues returning it because the keyboard won’t fit in the cpu box, they should know what they sent already.
